Since starting our website, we have received many e-mails asking similar questions about our store. We'll try our best to answer those most commonly asked. If these don't quite address something you need to know, simply use the "Contact Us" page or give us a call during business hours.

Do you ship items?

Yes, we ship. Even though we do not have a shopping cart set up on our site, we do take orders by phone and from our Contact Us page.

How do you charge for items and shipping?

We require Visa/Mastercard/Discover information and your contact information/shipping address. After your order is put together, we'll charge it to your card and send the sales receipt along with your items. The package will be taken to UPS and your card will charged the amount of freight required to ship it to you. There is no additional packaging or handling charges, simply the UPS charges. Orders usually ship within a few days depending upon product availablity. We can let you know the approximate time length when your order is placed.

How much will shipping to me cost?

Freight costs will vary upon how many pounds of product you purchase, as well as how far away you are from our store in Taylor, Michigan. You can use this link to UPS to get an estimate, https://wwwapps.ups.com/ctc/request?loc=en_US. Simply use our zip code of 48180 along with all of your destination information and weight for what you would like to purchase. Be sure to add an extra pound or so for packaging weight. The actual UPS costs when we ship your package may be slightly more or less than the estimate given, but it should be close.

Do you sell wholesale?

No, we do not. We are a retail store and simply cannot sell at a wholesale level. Many items we sell at our store are priced less than what many on-line wholesalers charge. Please see our store discount policy below for what we are able to provide concerning pricing.

Do you have a discount for large purchases?

Yes, both at our store and on our website we offer a volume discount. Our policy allows for:

  • 10 to 20 LBS. OF THE SAME ITEM - 10% OFF THE REGULAR PRICE
  • OVER 20 LBS. OF THE SAME ITEM - 15% OFF THE REGULAR PRICE
  • BOXES OF NOVELTY CANDY - 10% OFF THE REGULAR PRICE

There is no discount on sale priced items, as our sale prices generally are 20% off our regular prices.

How long do special orders take to be shipped or picked up?

Regular sized orders are usually shipped within a few days. However, larger orders such as a case(s) may take a week or so depending upon our supply source. We deal with numerous wholesalers and manufacturers across the United States to keep the large selection available in our store. We do not stock extra cases in addition to our stores inventory, but rather receive deliveries on a weekly, bi-weekly and per order basis from them. This allows us to be certain we constantly have the freshest foods for you at our store. Depending on when your order is placed and what you need, we can let you know how soon we can get it for you.

Can you get items other than those available in your store?

Yes. Even if we do not carry an item in our store's inventory, if something you need is available from any of our suppliers, we will get it for you. We will provide you with pricing and approximate time frame for us to get your item.
